Family Reunion after Wendell's Memorial

Van and Wendy have purchased a large cabin near Tabiona, UT where we all camped out for a couple of nights.  There were 39 or 40 of us so it was quite a group.  Everyone had a place to sleep either in the cabin, a tent, camper, or camp trailer.  Lots of great food and lots of fun. One day we went to Starvation Reservoir and many kayaked and some just hung out on the beach.  Christian also brought his boat.  The wind was really blowing so the lake was really rough.  Kayaking was done in the lee of a spit.

The zip line was a favorite of the kids.

And it was fun for the adults also.

The view from our camper.

FUN RUN FOR THE KIDS

Before we did Wendell's Memorial, we had a fun run for all his great grandchildren.  It was a fun time and was a good way to start the big weekend.

Some of the moms and Grandma.

Lots of fun things to do at the park.

On your mark, get set, GO.

And they are off.

There are stations along the way that you get hit with powdered paint - not real paint though.

And the winner is:  Zion, Conner and Brianne's oldest boy.

And here are the racers.

Afterwards there was a great lunch.

Then, the fun with the old Turner fire engine.

Conner was in charge of the hose.

The kids had fun and got cooled off.

Brianne spelled Conner for a while.

Wet kids!

And a pile of shoes.

Taiden still has some paint on him even after all the water.
