VAN AND WENDY'S VISIT

Van and Wendy from Salt Lake brought up a couple of their grand-kids for a visit.  This is the first time that Taiden and Khari have been to our place.  It was fun showing them around and they thought our place was pretty big compared to places down in the city.  They got to ride horses, go for some hikes, watch the best fireworks in the USA, and do a little swimming in Como Lake.

I took them and Van on a hike to show them a lightning struck tree.  I have seen quite a few trees that have been hit by lightning, but this tree really got hit hard.  Bark and limbs laying all around it.  

And they really liked hiking around on the rocks.
