We put our kayaks
in at Sheep Creek Marina and spent three nights out on Flaming Gorge. Great place to paddle and had great weather
until the last morning when we had to do a little paddling in the rain. The pictures below are not in order.
Getting the kayaks loaded.
Our first camp spot.
Our meet up place and where we got ready to kayak the next day.
Finally getting launched.
This ewe sheep was pretty aggressive when she saw Zeph. She finally allowed us to camp in her area.
Our first campsite.
River shoes.
An Osprey on a nest. We saw lots of these all through our trip.
Rock formations along the shore were always catching our eye.
Pretty views were seen all the time.
A serious paddler.
Our second campsite where Connie and I set up our tent.
Early morning paddle.
The dog just loves to go after sticks when thrown in the water.
Leaving on our last day.
My favorite picture of the trip so far.
More strange formations.
Our first campsite.
Making afternoon coffee.
