28 February 2016: Today
we kayaked at Mitiri Lake just to the east of us. Had a great paddle and got to see a lot of
birds. The area has a lot of reeds that
makes it a place where you want to have a GPS to keep you from getting lost in
the different channels. We were glad we
had ours today as one channel looks just like the next one to me. It is hot here and forecast to remain the
same for a few days. And by hot I mean
the 90’s. Will be headed over to Mexico
in a few days so Connie can get some dental work done and I will get a haircut
and maybe a new pair of glasses.
