10 March 2016: It has cooled off a lot here in Ajo – the polar
fleeces were brought out while having coffee/tea watching the sun come up. It warms up nicely when the sun does come up
so our walks are not done with them on.
Below are some pictures of those hikes the last few days. Our friends Jerry and Barb came out and hiked
over to the tank with us one day and we had a nice visit with them while
walking and coffee afterwards. Then last
night we were treated to a spectacular sunset and took advantage of that as we
had our tamales and homemade tortillas bought from a street vendor for supper
watching that great sunset. And Arizona
has the prettiest sunrises and sunsets.
I know I will catch a little static for saying that, but in my opinion
they are the most consistent pretty ones.
You are probably getting tired of looking at them but this will probably
be some of the last as we are preparing to start north soon.
