18 March 2020: We
left Ajo, AZ on the 15th of March and drove up to Gila Bend. Spent the night there and then drove up to
the Roosevelt Lake area and are camped east of the lake where we camped last
year off road 60. It was a little soft
when we came in as they also have been having some rain. On our way through Globe we stopped at Fry’s
and did a little grocery shop to stock up.
They had everything we wanted except toilet paper! Or any paper products of any sort! What craziness this is! Can’t believe people are hording their toilet
paper. Walmart was also checked and they
did not have any either. So, we just
headed to our campsite and camped. Spent
a day up at Parker Canyon looking at a few things. Also took a drive out to road 97 and explored
that area some. We found a really neat
little canyon that has some cool rocks in it.
Named it Pretty Rocks Canyon.

Don't know who spent some time putting this dream catcher on this century plant but it took some time. |
