16 March 2021: Still
in Ajo and the wind is still blowing.
Been doing a little sight seeing around the town and the area. It has warmed up though. Not wearing the polar fleece and jackets as
much as before – only in the early mornings taking sunrise pictures.

The pictures below are from local artists painting on walls and doors in the alleys.

This picture was taken in the Ajo cemetery where the epitaph of almost 400 words made of letters fashioned from copper wire and embedded in a stone cross 6 feet high. A famous cross for the locals. Louis Conde is the gentleman buried here.

A hazard of driving around on the dirt roads around here. Cholla just jumps on the tires I think! Maybe that is why they call it Jumping Cholla!

If you look close you can see a couple of quail that were out our window. They are all over around here as they are back in Montana.
