Shelly and Sheryl came over from Washington to visit us. Shelly is Connie's old school chum from Salt Lake where they went to school together. We had a great visit with them and caught up on all that has been happening in their lives. We ate some really good food also. I think I gained a few pounds that is for sure. We also celebrated Zeph's 4th birthday with cake and ice cream which he likes both of.
