LAST PICTURES FROM LEE'S FERRY

We did a lot of hiking around Lee's Ferry and also some to the east of there.  Also went down to the condor viewing area and only saw one condor.  They are really making a comeback in that area though.  The ranger told us there were 7 of them soaring around Navajo Bridge the other day.

We walked down Soap Creek towards the Colorado one day.

From the condor viewing area.

The Lonely Dell Ranch at Lee's Ferry.

This place has quite a history and lots of fruit and apple trees.

The Paria River.

The old corrals at the ranch.

This old chute has not loaded cattle in quite some time but still looks good.

The Paria is always muddy.

The cemetery at the Lonely Dell Ranch.
The campground at Lee's Ferry was really crowded one night.  We have camped there for many years and have never seen this many campers.  They were camping in areas that were not designated for camping.  Where are all these people coming from?
