We are still at Roosevelt Lake but will be leaving tomorrow. Don't have all the pictures put on the blog that I have taken here but will continue to update. Our friends Gary and Georgine left today to drive home to St George. There departure was a little delayed because their dog decided to take a stroll in the desert by herself. It was about an hour before we got her rounded up.

This is a new hawk for me. It is a Zonetail hawk. Looks like a buzzard in flight. There was a pair making a nest in the canyon. |
